"We have had a big problem trying to fix the entry fee for 2008. You may have heard that TT Course insurance has gone through the roof, over £250 increase for ACU licence holders. We have had a lot of hard work to do in trying to balance the books without just putting entry fees up to £450 per race. That's almost done now, subject to one final confirmation. We will have an increase, but only modest, and entry forms are being finalised now. Because we're later than usual, the closing date will go back a bit too."
