It never ceases to amaze me how half truths can be promoted as the whole truth....................

"that the new Audi TT, originally named in honour of the TT races"


The Audi TT was in fact named after the NSU TT which itself was named in relation to the TT races

So it can be seen that the Audi was not orginally named after the TT.
