Sounds good to me. I was wonderng how people would be informed as soon as arriving. There is only one airport and one??? ship terminal where craft would be landing one at a time I would expect , so providing you could get enough volunteers it should be a relatively easy exercise. There could be no excuse then about spectators being confused.
