That's it guys the long wait is over..............for 50 weeks lots of hard work and effort have gone in all with the intention of "doing" the Manx.

I can't thank Malcolm enough for the opportunity he has given me and I'll be trying my very best to do well.
I did my last session in the gym yesterday I've never been fitter than I am right now............ time to see if it was worth it.
