2 Stroke Racing Supporters Club Awards 2008

The Annual Awards night will take place upstairs in The Yacht Bar, Loughshinny, North Dublin on Saturday the 1st of November. The Club would like to thank and acknowledge their support in participating in our Club championship throughout the 2008 Road Racing Season.

The 250 overall Championship winner was Michael Dunlop with his brother William in second and Saintfield rider Davy Morgan in third. Winners of the ever popular 'Mini-July' 250 Championship with rounds at Skerries, Walderstown, Kells and Faugheen were William Dunlop, Michael Dunlop and Barry Davidson in third.

In the Club's 125 Championship the over winner was again Michael Dunlop, with cousin Sam Dunlop in second and Jeff Shaw in third. Winner of the James Crumpton Memorial Trophy was Ivan Linton.

The special guest on the night will be twice former TT winner Con Law.
Music on the might will be 'Wing Man' and a hot and cold buffet starting at 8.30 sharp, Admission on the door is €15 and all proceeds will go back into the 2009 Season. The 2 Stroke Club would like to thank Brian, Brendan and Louis from The Yacht Bar for their continued support over the years and also to all the racing supporters who are members of the 2 Stroke Racing Supporters Club.
