a few years ago the moto gp at donno was the same weekend as skerries. bearing in mind i only live 12 miles from donington circuit, i went to skerries. depends where your first love is, roads or circuits. i could go and watch bsb at mallory [32 miles away], instead i drive 180 miles to aberdare every year. don't get me wrong, i love both types of racing, but do i want to stand 30 yards away or 30 inches away? no comparison really.
