an austrian engine and car designer used NSU facilities to build the first three "Volkswagen" prototypes - a car, that customers could pay a monthly installment for , but never got delivery as they ran out of petrol on the way "East" , whereas customers indeed got delivery of the "Rennpappe" Trabant , after 18 to 20 years , which led to signing agreements on behalf of newlyborn . For some sadly the wall fell just too early ...
