But since then the 100mph lap has nearly been achieved.

Listening to Mark Millers interview on MOTOPOD http://www.motopodcast.com/episode/episo...deliveryas
Sparked a bit more of an interest and since then I keep being blown away with the leaps and bounds of this technology.

Check out Chip Yates website too. http://www.chipyates.com This dude is competing against superbikes in the USA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dkx1hMNiIRM

Now I've just read this article on this weapon competing in this years TT.

Anyway, now im convinced these things are the real deal. I'm excited that during the 100th anniversary I will get to see the first 100mph lap!

I'm interested to know how your opinion has changed if even? about these machines in the last few years.

Cheers, Lee.

Hi Lee,

yes my opinion has changed about these machines, for the better. I was very sceptical at first, but during practice week in 2009 I spent some time watching and talking to some of the teams as they developed and prepared their bikes for the first ever zero TT. last year I was very interested to see what improvement had been made and gained. From what I could see all the teams that had competed the previous year had made technical as well as cosmetic advances to their bikes. One or two of them looked very nice, and their performance had improved. I am really looking forward to this years TT zero, I certainly hope that the 100 mph lap is broken. But please one request to the organizers, NO MORE SILLY SCOOTERS !!.
