Ramsey - Lap 4
Anstey was 13.18 up on Lougher at Ballaugh

Archie goes through, Moodie followed by Lougher (great short circuit racing style by both of them).

Anstey waves to the crowd at the hairpin.

Lougher pulls it back to about 11 seconds at the hairpin.

Harris and Britton come through together.
