I like the wording

to my recollection there is only one other experienced body that are qualified to run a race event in a time trial format on the IOM Mountain circuit and I assume must be an affiliated organization , affiliated to what I haven't a clue

and who could that be ??? oh ye I remember the Manx Motorcycle Racing Club , Island based non profit making ooops too cheap
