Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words!
If the Belfast Telegraph is at all widely read, you can't help but fear for the fall out.   The stretch down to the Metropole is similarly built up and even faster.  
The last paragraph asks if people can be banned from their front gardens.  Can that actually be done?
