Cameron Donald has said that they are looking for a 128+ lap in practice for the Norton, and that a Race Result is not really their main objective, as the bike is still very much in development.

Apparently they have been receiving co-operation from Aprilia and Paul Bird Motorsport on the development of the MotoGP based  engine.
