I had the laptop on from 8.15 until 10.00 but although I could log in (and was repeatedly timed out) I wasn't able to get any sailings as the booking system was busy.

I was on the phone (hang up, redial, etc) from 8.23 until 9.28 before I got in the queue. From about 9.15 I was using two phones - one in each hand. I was convinced that when I got through I would hang up the wrong one by mistake! I even had my Mrs trying on her phone for the last 5 minutes before I got through.

Half an hour in the queue and then bookings made within 8 minutes. All sorted by 10.04 so nearly two hours all told. Got the sailings we wanted - out Sat 28th back on Tue 7th.
