I'm trying to remember how much a brand new RS250 used to cost. Allowing for inflation, £35k for a moto3 bike sounds somewhere in the ballpark. In a few years when the second-hand examples start filtering through to the club scene, a moto3 TT seems like a definite possibilty. I hope it happens. I still can't get my head round "lightweights" that are heavier than the heavyweights.
