apparently the cancellation of the parade lap cost RST something like £200,000- not 100% sure how true that was but somebody must have been seriously out of pocket after flying over riders/accomodation kitting them all out in clothing and sorting bikes out etc.

all because some idiots couldn't handle their beer! Bring back the cat of 9 tails!
