RE: Peter Williams and 'Wagon Wheels' G50 Reunited for Classic TT
I'm a big fan of single cylinder racing motorcycles, particularly four strokes and I'm sure the Arter Matchless is one of 'the greatest single cylinder machine(s) that ran at the TT' as is the McIntyre Matchless. One of the most impressive singles for me is the Moto Morini Bialbero ridden to third place in the Lightweight race by Tarquinio Provini at an average speed of 92.98. Very impressive for 1960 I think. Personally though I think they're all great.
