During post race scrutineering, a technical infringement was found in the Red Fox Grinta Racing machine ridden by Michael Rutter in the Lightweight Classic TT Race.

Michael Rutter has therefore been removed from the results with Ian Lougher promoted to second place and Ivan Lintin on the John Chapman Racing Honda is now awarded the third place finish.
