if its something silly then i agree  but it could be  that its a lot lighter or  allows the chance to move something that makes the bike better

Ryan Farquhar claims that the alteration is nothing but a bracket, the organisers are saying it was a frame modification. Unfortunately, a claim by martimotoracing, Jean-Yves Bian's team, is suggesting the bike was found to be 700cc. This claim needs putting to bed by the organisers before it gains traction.
