No, we don't want the Manx in June! Cr4p weather!

Seriously though, this is fantastic news for motorcycling on the Island - the only time we can see 400s, 125s and 250s. Plus the legendary classics of course. Excellent!

Brilliant news! But, somehow I suspect that our dear Witch knows more than she is letting on. She's been very busy with her spell book LOL!!
Can you do one for the lottery, please????

Re: Manx Grand Prix : Two Strokes and 400's
Many thanks to the MMCC, the Island will retain some variety, different sizes, different sounds and different smells.
One thing Geoff says is "In contrast to the TT, the organisers of the Manx Grand Prix.....".
I think this is an excellent concept, to maintain a clear contrast between the events.

Re: Manx Grand Prix : Two Strokes and 400's
I agree, great news!

I may well consider visiting for the MGP instead of the TT in the next year or two (although I haven't been over since 1998).

Re: Manx Grand Prix : Two Strokes and 400's
Sounds good. Looks like my planned visit to the TT some time in the future (just one more before moving on to the Paddock above, lol) I just may do the Manx instead. I'm really happy for you all as this thread sounds so positive.

Re: Manx Grand Prix : Two Strokes and 400's
Gail, I would realy love to be there with you all but I am stuck in Saudi Arabia for a few months.
2005 is a possibility (Thinks...I had better start working on it now).
Does the Steam Racket Co. charge the same fares as for the TT period?
