Harvey i think the article is fair but i have never raced, but speaking to the late Tom Herron he said the TT to him was relaxing compared to Short circuits, he said going into the 1st corner at places likes Brands was scary but the TT was easier.Also most TT fans know how Mike met his fate going for fish & chips? so in the end i think the Guardian article isnt out of hand but its only my opinion.

All in all its not a bad article, it does over do the death bit but it does a pretty good job of pointing out the thrill bit too.
