It has been announced on Energy FM, that Terry, who was racing at Jurby yesterday, sadly succumbed to injuries sustained in an accident during the first race. The race meeting was abandoned as a mark of respect.

We all extend our deepest sympathy to Terrys' family and friends at this very sad time.

Very sad, and after such a great S100 with few incidents and no serious injury. My thoughts are with his family, and his friends at the Andreas Association.

It is with the deepest regret that the club announce that Terry Smith of St Judes,Ramsey was fatally injured whilst taking part in the Jurby South Road Races on Saturday 16th July.
