Yes, it is further down this message board. It's not official that he will miss it.

Latest news on this is there will be no overall ban, but he will not be allowed to race at Darley Moor at any stage in the future.

Re: Guy Martin to miss TT?
Nowhere do I see confirmation that Guy completed & signed an Entry Form for Darley Moor.

If he did, then it's a matter for the Club to proceed through, in the first instance, the ACU and then onwards.

It's NOT for the club to impose penalty.

If he DIDN'T complete a Form, on the other hand, then absolutely NO OFFENCE has been committed and the Club, if they have banned him, show serious signs of needing to grow up!

As a matter of interest, if the Club noised it abroad that Guy would be riding at Darley when they had not received an Entry Form from him, then the Club would surely be in breach of the GCR and open to disciplinary procedures!!

Pick the bones out of that one, Harvey T !!!! lol

Absolutely, Pykey, but IF Guy had not submitted an Entry Form to the Darley Club, then they should be in trouble for advertising that he was going to ride.
