An update on Gwen, she is still in Hospital but has been moved to ward 7, Don't worry all her cards will be forwarded to her in ward 7. She is likely to be under care for some time as she had suffered a slight stroke.

On a lighter note it is her Birthday this coming Thursday and she will be 89 years old.

Well I could've been fooled.......yes by Gwen herself, she showed no
signs of suffering from a slight stroke. She's fighting to get home and every night cousin John calls the question is asked...................then
she carries on as she always does telling us funny whitty things !
Bless her, she is such a treasure and I have loved her to bits since I first
met her back in 1978 even if she did pull my leg back then and still does now !
Well she's cleared her Get Well cards and is ready for her birthday on
Thursday So it's time to surprise her with the many good wishes,
we will give her a birthday to remember and an even BIGGER one next year !
HAPPY BIRTHDAY GWEN !!

ps Anyone who would like to send her messages, either post here or
email me ( IN BIG LETTERS SO GWEN can read) I'll pass them on as I'll
be popping in every day this week til Friday
