TT2002.
Well its been and gone,for another year. still onley 50 weeks to go.Thanks to the manxies for their hospitality,and to everyone ivolved with TT 2002.it gets better every year.must go now jet lagged,also must introduce myself to the wife. hope your tt was as good as you wished .regards ROGER.

Yes it goes into the annals of history (Thats 2x"n"s)
I was pleased to be present yet again when more history was made and to see DJ do his lap-record breaking runs..However, there was something lacking, not just our dear departed pair of Mr TTs but there was a feeling that the TT has lost some of its edge--Was it "Works Support" perhaps ?
Is it JUST me or can anyone out there put a finger on it ??? What was missing this year ???

You are quite. I had a great time. Probably the best ever and I have been going since 1967.
But, there was something missing. I feel it was a combination. We obviously missed Joey and Peter. But I do think that Geoff did a wonderful job.
I think it was more down to lack of works support and machinery. Plus, thought the entry was very good, it could even have been better..perhaps?
Interesting thought.
Does anyone think that Joey might have got one of the V5s if he had been there?
