I have a removed a thread which was personal and derogatory. Keep it clean, and keep it nice, please. We are all TT supporters here, let's pull together.

Helen,
Did i mention any bodies name?

Did i state from what side of the article i was in support off ?,

No i didnt,,

And as such i think a explanation or apolige would would be in order,

Or are we going down the same route as certain other websites , IE no freedom of speech,

This is after all a FORUM, As most people here have admitted in the past, They dont buy the comic anymore,,

So i was just letting them know off a article that they might like to read!!

Look forward to hearing back from you,
& as you know as soon as you pull the plug on something, people want to know as to why,,

All the best

Sorry, but the thread went on to name names, and was leading down an old familiar road. I have consulted with my fellow moderators, and we don't want to go there again. Let M*N say what it likes...we're not getting involved, ok?

Helen
you have missed the point,,,
It was an interveiw with a certain person, a Q&A format.

If he doesnt like his name being brought up here ,

He shouldnt do it!!

No, Mike, I haven't missed the point, people who posted after you did. they used your intro to start a personal thread, ad I'm tired of those.
Anyone who wants to know what the article is...please go to your local newsagent, look through M*N, then, as Mike did, wash your hands carefully. Shouldn't be hard to find the right article as it will be the only one about TT racing.

"at the end of the day its only a newspaper headline dont they make them up?. "

Its 1 of 2 things, Chris
They made it up, possible
Or where lead to believe it,
Also possible

The point being is, that if people dont wont to quoted /misquoted,
they should be prepared for the outfall, either way

Regards

I think the person involved in this probably knew he was putting himself in the firing line. If more people read about the TT, is this a good thing? I think so.

Is it not a testament to the work that is being done that every week seems to be another 1 or 2 stories about the TT. The work that has been done has turned around views of some of it's most public critics, MCN, Paul Bird and others. But not everyone yet I see Lol

I work for the press

It is without the most vile horrible business I've ever had the misfortune to work in..............

And all I do is help print the news papers. I use the word "news" very loosely
