I don't think that Q97.2 will be broadcasting live commentary this year, since they are a commercial station, and the BBC are now contracted to broadcast the races.
You can either watch/listen online at this link, or listen via BBC Radio Ulster which broadcasts on SKY ch.0118 as well as on radio AM1341 and FM93.5-94.5.
