This is the sponsors logo for todays Motogp race at Assen.

Rossi is Just God on two wheels!, no one would have came from 11th on lap one, and win, ONLY Rossi does that, hope his run of bad luck is over, and he can win championship again, and show them whos boss, Hayden rode good to day, but not the same league!
cant believe how much Assen has changed, i went there, cant meind what yr, but i do remember, Sheene on yamaha led in damp, had a slide, and Jack Middleburg won, great atmosphere that day, and the Late Jock Taylor was there, i think it was a week later that he was killed at Imatra. Jock was the best ever sidecar driver.

Baylon, you may be interested to know there will be a special celebration of Jock's life at the Jock Taylor Memorial races at Knockhill on September 30th. It will be a big sidecar event (solos too).
He is still as talked about as when he was alive. A unforgettable person.

25 YEARS AGO ......................................

Thats 1982 back then if you wanted to know how Joey had got on in some far flung abscure no one had ever heard of it World Championship race  you had to phone the BBC Northern Ireland sports dept..............I was that person.

BTW

Sandy really was 2

I raced at the Jock Taylor meeting 97 or maybe 98. Great fun on the Saturday out riding with a load of track day people. Completely blitzed them so we did only one guy passed me all day.....................
Then on Sunday the REAL experts turned up as did the rain surprise surprise.
Well worth going enjoyed every minute and we had a great night out in Dunfirmiline too

Larry 2, Cargo 4 and Ade 3, are we talking 1982 or 1882? Lol Lol Lol Lol
When people say one thing and mean another its called politics, when organisers say one thing and mean another its called a mistake, when the ACU say one thing and mean another its called information.
