Well, folks, I'm listening to the debate on this proposal in the live Tynwald broadcast. there is a phase two which includes... wait for it... a FLYOVER, over Summerhill Glen. There is a lot of opposition to the whole thing, particularly from the local MHKs.
One said, in regard to the ACU's decision "It is not the ACU's decision. The TT does not belongto the ACU, it belongs to the Isle of Man" "the TT is woven through our life here". I think he might have some of your votes?
There is a big move to dump the whole set of new road proposals.. heated debate.. more when it is decided.

My understanding is that the whole scheme has been dropped!
