It's 1993............and it's the Manx GP my second time at the Manx.
I was there to help my mate Ronnie McAllister we went to a fund raiser of some kind (helicopter :?: ) And got very very drunk.

Another good friend Billy Clucas ( now MGP dep cheif scrut) drove that night and he spent much time hiding in a corner with embarassment.
And was worried sick how his next Southern 100 club meeting would go after finding himself on a night out with 3 lunatics.

For the record Ronnie did not finish his race that year his 250 Yamaha blew a head/gasket seal thing and lost all the water............NOT MY FAULT

He did win the 250-750 Support championship that year here The only 250 ever to have done so............
They were very happy days for me.
