Still remembered so fondly
5 Years today since we lost Steve Hislop in a helicopter crash.

This informal picture, taken in Steve's house by his friend Ian Huntly, is one of my favourites.

RE: Still remembered so fondly
I was at the launch of his book "Hizzy" and I was "introduced" to Steve by his publisher Rachel.

Steves answer was " Oh, I've known Ian for Years! " (Years sounding like ears) and him saying it has stayed in my memory as a sound byte so much that I can still hear him saying it.

I was pleased and privileged to be a close friend.

Thanks for publishing my pic of us with the mirror showing me taking it.
