I have been meaning to mention this for some time now and have never quite got around to it.

Can anyone enlighten me as to why the scale of prize money is no longer in the programme,I always found it interesting to see what the midfield men could pick up the race progressed and some of the front runners dropped out.

Also no longer do we see what trophies are up for grabs,you know fastest lap overall sidecar winner etc.

Silly old cynical me thinks there is not enough room in the programme for this sort of thing anymore as it is considered to be of little interest and maybe even a bit vulgar.

Taxes perhaps ???
