No one has complained, they know they were breaking the law.
Points imposed on the IOM don't apply in the UK but a driving ban is carried over from IOM to UK.
271 people, mostly bikers, were fined !
Endorsements issued in the UK carry over to the IOM and vice verse, just ask you local Bobby next time he stops you and does a licence check
Last year a UK biker was banned on the IOM under the topping up of points
