Look at This - So What's the Truth ??
The following information has just been brought to my attention, and in my opinion, should be brought to everyones attention !!!!

The Government wanted to shorten the meeting and the MMCC met that challenge as above, and at the same time they saved the costs that they wanted, whilst retaining the races "as is".

There are rumours going around that the Vintage MCC have been asked to consider taking over the management of the event.

MMCC out the door big style by the looks of it if that is true !!!!!

If the Manx Government don't want the Manx Club to run the races, why don't they just come out and say so.

Vintage Club take over the MGP, no wonder they are trying to push the classics ? This has someones name written all over it.

Looking at that, i am worried, as some body who owns a 250 classic and a 250 post classic, i can't see any mention of them on the DED race plan

I,ve just built a ducati tt2 with a 600 engine for the post classic junior, they ve also scuppered my plans for next year. Anybody got a 750 engine so i can still compete in the superbike class, that,s assuming the races are still going, time will tell a few things regarding the new structure.I hope plans are re-considered,i,ve spoken to a couple of riders who are on the point of throwing the towel in as their whole life revolved .around the .Manx Grand Prix. .

I hope like you Ian that they may have just used the headline names for each race, but that they will incorporate the old classes. They don't understand we have to plan well in advance to fund the ventures, unlike the teams they are trying to attract that can gobut a modern rep at the drop of a hat
