Isn't it GREAT to get up at 4AM to see the practice then to be told it is delayed because of a broken down vehicle at the 11th milestone !!!

I must say it was removed quickly and in a typical Manx dawn the practice got under way--

I was most impressed by the VQALMOTO team who were well presented--and represented-

I can just feel that cool damp dawn, and the sudden realisation by the body that its an ungodly hour and you've got it out of bed and not fed it!
I was never sure if the dizziness at first early morning practice was excitement or hunger!
Get back home and have the full works breakfast!

Completed two laps this morning.

Helen it was a beautiful, warm, calm morning
and the best thing is NO- BODY came off.
We could see the hills across the sea too !

Could you see me waving frantically from the top of ny hill?
