Evidently the organisers are trying to work out the result.
In my opinion, the only fair result will be declaring it a 5 lap race. Thus M.D. will be third!

Either way, what a fantastic race, (best wishes to the fallers). Hutchy right on it. Bruce right on  it. And M.D. but for his pitstops would have been in there, before the incident.

I'm also given to understand that the race wasn't red flagged because the crash at the Nook, but because of two other incidents.

fingers crossed everyone ok . i would hate the job of the organisers in this situation, they are damned if they do,damned if they do not. whatever they decide someone will be happy and someone else disappointed .

proberbly will be at the end of lap 5 but not fair on the riders who mooved up the order before red flag
maybe all riders who stopped  on last lap will be removed from results  and then declared after 5
i know its tuff for atleast 1 rider i was following as before red flag was looking like he would be inside the top 20

If it is the end of lap five , the rider still has to be in the race riding when stopped I believe to be in the results , but not 100% on that at the TT

It is an FIM International meeting and I think the result will come under FIM rules

I think the top 4 had already finished before the flag came out so surely it's 6 completed laps.

edit - just seen something on facebook saying 7th place onwards would be taken from lap 5 as the top 6 had already completed full race distance.
