Ulster
Thinking of doing the Ulster this year and interested if anyone can suggest decent travel companies to arrange ferry, hotel, b&b etc for 1 bike and rider. Can't do tt this year with family commitments so looking at the Ulster or maybe Southern 100 or Manx GP and Marshall .All advice great fully received

RE: Ulster
try billy nutt
nutt travel he always trys to give good deals for people travelling to and from road race events
let them know your going to the ulster gp rather than just booking a ferry but aslong as weather aint bad im sure you wouldnt regreat doing the southern 100 really is a good event and in many ways its actually more enjoyable week than the tt
nothing can be compared to the tt but the southern is that well run and more relaxed without people trying to rep you off (steam packet exclueded as they have upped the price big time over the last 3 years )
and great close racing aswell

RE: Ulster
Maybolezx12r, I see you do some marshalling ? I signed up to hopefully do the tt last year but ended up taking the family so never managed the time. If I go to the southern 109 I will be travelling alone on my bike so great opportunity to get involved marshalling. Is the S100 the same Marshall set up or a separate organisation ?

RE: Ulster
The S100 marshalling is separate from TTMA who organise the marshalling for thrTt and Manx GP

Yeah a separate team but sure they would be glad of your help and sure you will meet some great people and the giving a bit back to our wonderful sport is always a bonus!
