A little brightness possible this morning, but generally it will be cloudy with mist over the hills. 
Then about lunchtime rain will arrive, this probably patchy at first before becoming more persistent and fairly heavy later in the afternoon 

and through the evening as mist and low cloud becomes extensive over even modest high ground. 

Moderate or fresh southerly winds, the maximum temperature 15 Celsius.
