Here some statistics, updated at last TT:

- 5 new entry in >120mph Riders' list (now at 206; 21 of them improved their best lap)

- 20 Riders >130mph (MD 39 laps, JMG 33, IH 30); Brookes and Jessopp the new entries in the "130mph club"

- 50 Riders in the 17' lap

- 492 >120mph laps overall (versus 685 in 2016) and 981 >110mph (versus 1357 in 2016); 155 laps under 18'

- Michael Rutter with 16 laps over 120mph the most "prolific" this year

- Joshua Brookes (Norton) with 130.883mph the best ever for an English Bike

- Raul Torras Martinez (122.534mph) 0.001mph from the best ever Spanish racer (Antonio Maeso 122.535mph in 2010!!)

- 29 Sidecar >110mph (just 1 new entry)
