RE: Roy Mooreisms
I came over for my first TT in 2012 and Roy Moore will always remind me of that. Maybe not the best commentator in the world but there's just something about him which has stuck with me. Came over again in 2013 but have only listened on Manx Radio since. For me, wouldn't be the same without him.

I think that was in reference to radio coverage of the TT going out to tender

My own opinion of RM is that he has a wealth of knowledge and stories which many enjoy, I would like to have him continue as part of Radio TT. BUT he should no longer do race commentaries

Just today,

"Yea Glen Irwin was useless he's been sacked, Roy Moore's back here now",

"We will get the knives back to you shortly" about Connors Granny's cake ritual.

Breem vs Beam, lost count on how many times that happened over the fortnight.
"A few yrs ago they screwed up a perfectly good working website just because they want to be 'modern' and now we have a sluggish ugly problematic and feature lacking website. but hey, its modern..., old sites are always better".

"It's looking ominous, It's looking ominous, down through the road there to see, we see that ah two lights have broken the beam."
At least he got beam right LOL

When Dean Harrison took the lead, 7 seconds vs 7.8 seconds "will call it 8"
Hey he's just trying to 'Upsell' you! he he he

It's good to hear Roy, and all his Mooreisms adds to all the atmosphere, especially in a year when I am having to follow the action from the mainland.. Ferry tickets and accommodation booked for 2020.

He's used the "trouser bulging" at least once before, in fact I'm pretty certain it was included in the commentary heard in the Closer to the Edge movie.
