RE: Southern 100 2023
Given the tragedy on Tuesday, I'm very sorry to bring up another one, but please spare a thought today for Gavin Lee and my friend Marc McDonald, who both lost their lives at the event in an accident on July 13th 1999.
Gone but not forgotten. RIP.

RE: Red Flag Incident - Official Statement

been around this sport for far to many years to realise this is being handled differently
never know a area be closed off for anywhere near as long as this was
and the statements are brief and worded in a manner so different
I agree, it has me very concerned as to what actually happened.
I've never known a whole event being cancelled before it's actually got going.
All I can think is, because it's involved spectator and a marshal it becomes a bigger investigation than a competitor (tragically) losing their life.
