Not long now boys and girls 20 days from now and counting  for me and the misses port erin here we come i know its a bit previous but I hope everybody has a great time the highlight of the year.

Only 20 days to go - I'd best get my pulling pants washed, ironed & packed!

I'm over on 21st, i'll get some build-up paddock/course buzz pics put up.....if you fancy paddleboarding at Port Erin let me know..

It won't take another week for me. I leave on Sunday evening and arrive on the island on Monday evening.

Is there a meeting of forum members on the island? I'd like to see some faces to go with the names.

  Usually we have a meeting in the "Old Market Inn", on Mad Sunday night, no time specified, casual dress !!!!.

  Its more like a drop in centre for alcoholics and the homeless, all welcome.

There used to be a meeting at the Peel breakwater kiosk on a non race day afternoon - is anyone interested in reviving it?

I will be heading out tomorrow, for one night only, to drop off my Classic TZ Yamaha road bike

Back over for the 16 nights to catch all the action on the 26th with an additional bike more suited to be used as transport....

I know the pub and Orry too. He practically lives there. I'll try to be there on Mad Sunday.

Hi Multirider, Orry always does the Old Market T shirt designs, is that right?
As The Famous Mr. Led says, we have always gone there on Mad Sunday night, Dave use to put on a spread & a raffle & suchlike, with proceeds to S100 & other charities.
I don't know if Colin has anything planned, but obviously I don't think he'd mind people turning up & his pubs & filling the tills with cash!

Yes, that's right, Orry always designs the T-shirts for the pub. I met him at the racecourse when we were both working as photographers.

Today I started to load the van. Since Brexit, I transport more things for friends than for myself.
