When the Manannan was cancelled early Thursday morning I took a chance and called to receive a full refund for myself and motorcycle. I have booked a weekend at Oliver's Mount in September. Glad I did as I saved over £500.00 with digs and spends. Anyone else?

I couldn't say but it would not surprise me, I've heard there's been people at heysham stuck for days waiting for re scheduled ferries etc.

I will be back next year it's just bad luck that the weather has been so bad l have been coming over for long enough to know that it is usually a lot better than this year.

I was due to be on the Manxman Thursday afternoon,i live 270 miles away from Heysham,made descicion to not to set off ,had a 3night campsite booking pre paid,and the foot passenger fare was £70.Made the right choice given the weather.Roll on TT 2025.
