Also Driven by Horst Owesle in 1971 to a second World Championship, the estimate placed on this rare machine prior to sale was between £70,000 and £80,000 !
A 1929 Brough Superior Overhead 680 sold for £93,000
Who says there is a recession.
I think the Seeley framed URS, originally ridden by John Blanchard and finally by Toni Jefferies was also auctioned. Any news/price on that?

Thanks The seeley framed URS went for about 76 grand, including buyers premium.
