RE: Thursday Race Day 3 part 2
Delays to racing possible again

An announcement on any possible delays to today's racing is expected at 10 am following a review of course conditions.

Yesterday's programme had be to called off after poor weather came in ahead of the Sidecar two Race.

The current schedule is for roads on the mountain section of the course from Ramsey to the Bungalow will close at 10.45, then from Bungalow to Creg ny Baa at 11 o'clock and the rest of the course at 1130.

The Sure sidecar race two is due to get underway at 12.15pm

That will be followed at 2pm by a practice lap for the Senior TT, then at 2.30pm the lightweight machines will go out for two laps of practice.

Whilst conditions are still wet and misty over the hills this morning, weathermen say this is set to improve as the day goes on.
