My 2017 TT trip has been cancelled due to personal reasons. (Work) 

I have booked and fully paid for a Business club room, with sea view in the 4 start Clairemont Hotel on the promenade.

The room is a double for 2 people, with Breakfast included.

It is for the race week starting 3rd June till the 10th June.  I have confirmed with the hotel that I can transfer the name of the room.  

I also have 2 tickets for the main stand on Monday (5th), 2 Tickets for Creg ne baa on Wednesday (7th), and 2 tickets for the grand stand for the Friday (9th)  Selling both tickets and hotel together at cost price.

I have had to cancel my trip to the TT this year.  I have booked and paid for a room in the Clairemont Hotel for 2 people B+B. It is the higher class room with all the perks and a sea view.  I paid 3231 GB pounds for the room.  I have checked with the hotel and I am allowed to transfer the room.
I also purchased 6 stand tickets. 2 for the grandstand on Monday 5th, 2 for Creg ny baa stand on 7th, and 2 front row seats in the main grandstand for senior race day on the 9th.

I am looking for an offer close to the hotel cost and I will throw in the tickets with the hotel.
