I can find the road closures but not the contingency days. Last year was Wednesday and Thursday afternoon, Friday evening, Sunday afternoon and Tuesday all day. I'm assuming they're around the same this year but it's not on mgp website

Now that's strange!
Just out walking the dog this morning & thought 'I need to find the contingency roads closed times'............

2023 last racing day MGP I ended up at Black Hut in the response car/marshalling and the conditions were very changeable to say the least - the great regular crew stationed there telling me the traditional reference point was if we could see the mast on Snaefell and in minutes it was appearing and disappearing from sight with corresponding "further delays" of 30mins etc that crept on throughout the day, on any other day the practice / race session would have been postponed early doors and I don't recall any chat or consideration of anything happening the day after.
Ofcourse, i hope it all goes to schedule but not having Tuesday as a contingency is very risky. If Mondays weather is bad then that's it done and dusted, along with all the team's have invested and worked towards and notwithstanding, us plebs in the hedgerows being left disappointed.
Short sighted to not have Tuesday as a cushion in my opinion.

I totally agree, there are some big names racing some big bikes on Monday,
to say nothing of the Blue Riband event of the whole Manx Grand Prix, the Senior.
