I think any tax benefit might be balanced out by the fact I would have to pay at least 3 times as much for my house...simply can't afford a house like this over there, I'm afraid...so all you party monsters...come and stay while you can...there won't be time for the neighbours to convince the authorities to lock me out of my house for being a bad neighbour, having loud parties and encouraging riffraff into the neighbourhood...!!
