Previous Winners & Newcomers Add to Pre TT Classic Entry
Entries for the 2017 Blackford's Pre-TT Classic Road Races continue to arrive in good numbers with Race Secretary, George Peach with just over one month to the official closing date 30th March.
Amongst the latest include no less than seven previous winners along with a similar number of newcomers.
Winner of the Office Equipment Centre 350cc Singles Race Mike Hose, last year brought his total wins at the prestigious Billown Classic Races to 14 and is endeavouring to improve on that total at this year’s races with entries in all six solo races.
Mark Herbertson and Rich Hawkins, second and third in the 2016 Office Equipment Centre 350cc Singles Race have also entered once again.

Bolton-le-Sands regular Alan Oversby, who took the Manx Environmental Services 350cc Junior Race honours last bringing his total winnings at this meeting to 12 is back with a brace of Davies Motorsport Hondas with the aim of collecting more laurel wreaths,
Ulster duo Barry Davidson and Barry Mateer will be returning to renew their friendly rivalry in the Quine and Cubbon Printers 250cc Lightweight Race won last year by six time winner Scot, Ewan Hamilton.
Robert Mitchell-Hill, winner of the Pre-TT Support Race in 2016 is also back on his 750 Kawasaki race winning machine, plus a 500 Drixton Honda.
Latest Newcomers, Jim Barnett has a single entry in the Junior race, as has Terence Sansom, this time in the Junior Post Classic; David Maltravers has entered a 500 Paton in two events.
David Linsdell has four rides on Ducati and Seeley machines, with David Tetley riding a 350cc Aermacchi in two classes and Michael Hand will be riding a 750 Kawasaki in the Post Classic Superbike race.
Andrew Thomas and Joanne Clements will be riding a 750 MRE Sidecar outfit at their debut Pre-TT Classic Road Races.
The 29th running of the Blackford’s Pre-TT Classic Road Races take place on Friday evening, Saturday afternoon and all day Bank Holiday Monday 26th, 27th & 29th May 2017.
