Wigans Rob Hodson dominated todays MGP Supporters Club SuperTwin race, the opening race of the final day of the 2015 IMGold Manx Grand Prix. The JGH racer lead from the start to the chequered flag, setting a new lap and race record in the process for his first Mountain Course win but there was disappointment for Dave Taylor in the concurrent Lightweight race who was forced to retire when leading for the second consecutive year leaving newcomer Mark Purslow from Australia to take the win.

The Isle of Mans Peter Wilkinson followed illustrious names including Ian Hutchinson, Robert Dunlop, Michael Dunlop, Carl Fogarty, Phillip McCallen and Ryan Farquhar for a popular win in the IMGold Manx Grand Prix Newcomers A Race, the opening race of the Manx Grand Prix, on the Isle of Man. After the delayed start to the second days race programme at the 2015 Classic TT Races presented by Bennetts, the Motorsport Merchandise Formula 1 and Formula 2 Race fired into action at 5pm into the setting sun on the Isle of Man.

After a delay of almost four hours due to technical issues with the communications system between Sector Marshals and Race Control, the second days racing at the 2015 Classic TT Races presented by Bennetts finally got underway at 2pm. Conditions were reported as perfect for racing around the Mountain Course with dry roads all round the 37 and Three Quarter mile circuit.

This years Classic TT presented by Bennetts will have added poignancy as Bruce Anstey will ride in the Classic Racer Magazine Lap of Honour in a tribute to six-time TT winner Geoff Duke OBE. The bike will also be on show for all of the Classic TT weekend and Geoffs son, Peter Duke, will ride it at Festival of Jurby.
