Team riders Stuart Easton and Martin Jessopp used the two-day test to try new fuel and suspension settings on their Ducati 749R race bikes, following their first outing of the year at the Almeria Circuit in Spain last January.
Team rider and ex British Supersport Champion Stuart Easton commented, "It's great to be able to get some more time on the bike before the start of the season. We've tried some new settings which have made a big difference, enabling me to record a lap time of 51.408, comfortably under the Supersport circuit record. Of course this makes me even more confident for the season ahead."
New team recruit, Martin Jessopp, once again benefited from his highly experienced team-mates advice, as he steadily improved his times during the two days and gained extra valuable time on board the new 749R.
Joint team owner Phil Jessopp commented, "The last two days can only be hailed as a success. Stuart's lap times were extremely encouraging, and Martin made some real progress on what is still a relatively unfamiliar machine for him, which gives us every reason to be very optimistic about the 2005 season."
The team now travel back to their base in Coventry, before heading for the official championship shakedown tests at Donington Park this Sunday.
